GroupWise

Full-time faculty and staff are issued a Novell GroupWise e-mail account upon employment. GroupWise is the primary e-mail system for all adjunct and full-time employees, as well as students. GroupWise, also referred to as Employee WebMail and Student WebMail, can be accessed from the QuickLinks on the Clark State home page.

The College’s position descriptions are located in a shared folder in GroupWise. Upon employment other shared folders may be sent to employees from various offices on campus.

Novell’s web interface at https://csccmail.clarkstate.edu/gw/webacc allows employees to access their GroupWise e-mail while off campus. A username and password will need to be established at your workstation to activate this function.
