WebAdvisor
Students have been using WebAdvisor within Campus Cruiser to register, pay online and access grades and transcripts. Students can now access WebAdvisor in the Quick Links on the Clark State home page. Use your assigned username and your seven-digit student number as your password for WebAdvisor.
Access the Log in page to WebAdvisor by clicking on the Log In button located at the top and bottom of the Main Menu screen.
The Log In screen will request your User ID and Password. Your User ID is your username assigned to you by Clark State. It is usually the first five letters of your last name followed by your first initial and the last four digits of your student ID number. Your Password is all seven-digits of your student ID number.
You can find your username (sometimes called your log in or user ID) on your class schedule or you can visit Online Log In Help in the navigation on the left or click on I'm New to WebAdvisor on the main menu as shown above.
Periodically you will be forced to change your password for security purposes. Once this password is changed, you will be the only person who knows what it is. If you forget your new password, you can reset your password from the Main Menu by selecting What's My Password? shown in the image above.
Once you log in, select Students on the Main Menu. The Student Menu below will allow you to register for classes, view account information, pay online, as well as view grades, transcript, program evaluation and class schedule.
To register online using WebAdvisor, simply click on Register for Sections under the Registration heading. You will see the Register for Sections screen below. You can search and register for sections if you want to select from the courses as you browse or you can use the express registration if you know the four-digit Call# that appears to the left of each course.
The search and register for sections screen below will allow you to search as narrowly or as broadly as you want. To see all courses for the quarter, select the quarter in the Term drop down menu and click Submit. A complete listing of all courses will appear. To search by a program subject area, select the quarter in the Term drop down menu and the the subject in the Subject drop down menu.
