Student WebMail
Clark State welcomes Student WebMail. Access your new Student WebMail account from the Quick Links on the Clark State home page.
All Campus Cruiser e-mail accounts will be disabled July 10, 2007. Please transfer any Campus Cruiser e-mail you wish to save before July 10, 2007. Please contact the Clark State HelpDesk at 937/328-6121 if you need assistance.
The Student WebMail Quick Link will take you to a Novell GroupWise log in screen. The log in screen will request your username and password. Your username is assigned to you by Clark State. It is usually the first five letters of your last name followed by your first initial and the last four digits of your student ID number. Your initial password is all seven-digits of your student ID number. If you change your password for Student WebMail, your Novell password will be changed as well. No matter which location you change your password, both locations will use the same password.
You can find your username (sometimes called your log in or user ID) on your class schedule or you can visit Online Log In Help in the navigation on the left.

Once you have successfully logged in to your Student WebMail, you will see a screen similar to the one below. Your Student WebMail can be used for all your e-mail needs. It is important that you check this mailbox for important Clark State information. A usage bar at the top of the screen indicates how close you are to reaching the 5MB maximum storage capacity. Once you reach that maximum, you will no longer be able to send e-mail messages from this account. Any items in your Student WebMail account older than 180 days will be deleted. You will have this e-mail account as long as you are a student at Clark State.
