- If you need to reset an existing MFA enrollment, please visit https://go.clarkstate.edu/mfa?source=zendeskkb
- Before proceeding with the MFA Registration process, choose which method of authentication you would like to use based upon the type of smartphone you have as well as your application preferences.
- If you are an iPhone user, you may choose to use the iCloud Keychain as your authenticator app. iCloud Keychain is the default authentication app on iPhones and does not require an additional app to be installed on the phone. This may be a good option if you already use the iCloud Keychain for tracking passwords for websites and applications.
- If you are not an iPhone user or would prefer not to use the iCloud Keychain as your authenticator app, you may use an authentication app that you have previously configured on your phone.
- If you do not have an authentication app already installed on your phone, you will need to install one. Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator are commonly used applications although there are other options as well.
Note: The QR code is only used during the initial setup. All future logins will only require the 6-digit number.
